Given to my mother for her 92nd birthday and she loves it
My wife bought this for me after I fell and fractured my spine so I had to spend a lot of time in a recliner. The chair is beautiful, the stitching makes the recliner look very upscale and the quality is great. I was shocked that it could lay flat and stand up in addition to the massage and heating functions, all with the remotes. It's very easy to use. The lumbar pillow, cup holder and charger are definitely extra gifts!
Simple assembly of the legs was all that was required, which saved us from expensive set-up fees. The massage is incredible and the massage modes have system defaults or can be customized. The massage zero gravity position is fantastic. Overall I recommend the purchase.
This chair is lightweight and easy to use, it works well in tight spaces and the joystick is very responsive. I contacted the manufacturer and was told that there are backup batteries available for purchase. This is great!
